If those amendments are not included, he, therefore, was dropping the amendments as proposed on the Order Paper. Therefore, I proceeded to accept that dropping of the amendments. That was done away with. Mr. Cheboi, that is gone; so, if you wish to discus the Bill as it is--- We have already voted on it!"
