    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, could I give some guidance? My guidance is that, as far as Section 10 is concerned, it is really the section as agreed with the Committee. But then, there is another amendment to the Advocates Act, to Section 13 which, in effect, is increasing the pupillage from one year to eighteen months. We did not agree on that amendment. I think we need a decision on whether we can deal with one first and then deal with Section 13. There are two amendments under the Advocates Act proposed by me; one under Section 10 and another one under Section 13."
