    "content": "When you talk about communities, we know very well that certain communities have been oppressed, suppressed and humiliated by other communities. I want to say that this is going to muzzle the rights of the people who speak against those ills that certain communities are perpetrating on others. If we now come to Parliament and use a law to give those groups powers to oppress and definitely to muzzle the rights of the people who speak for their rights, then we are wrong. The whole world today is about people's rights, individuals' rights and communities' rights. These are the things that we want to muzzle here and kill everything. If Parliament does that, some people will say: \"Oh, you are stepping on me, please, leave me alone. I am also a human being\", and then you will say: \"Co-operate, I am going to step on you further\". That is exactly what this amendment is saying. I know it is actually aimed at certain people and communities and it is oppressive."
