    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think we can excuse the Minister because he is a bit confused. I have listened to what the Minister has said. These people were confined for about seven days and they were released by the police without being taken to court. This means that the police had been given false information by somebody to arrest them. Would I be in order to request you to redirect this Question to the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, who is sitting here, to institute new investigations into whoever gave that false information, with a view to taking them to court? These people suffered!"
