Member of the committee and she is aware that this bi-partisan committee discussed the issue of affirmative action including creating 24 seats for women in the Constitution. Because of what happened to the 50 seats proposal that she brought to the House, could she, please, embrace the spirit of the bi-partisan Committee to ensure that, at least, the proposal for the women seats is brought to the Floor of the House?"
