If he lives in Kenya, he should know that the Kenya Railways Corporation was not disbanded. The corporation is still there. We only contracted Rift Valley Railways to operate Kenya Railways. We did so jointly with the Ugandan Government. So, he should rest assured that the Kenya Railways Corporation is still there. Only three days ago, I appointed a Managing Director to it. Secondly, the problems afflicting the railway systems are known by everybody.
