    "content": "Why should the Ministry allow such an important airstrip, which is the only link--- Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is close to Uganda and the people in that area have been hoping that it would be improved to ensure that we also fly there in the event of some emergency and while on other business. The Minister, and the Ministry of Transport, should consider improving the Bungoma Airstrip, because some unscrupulous Kenyans, members of the previous regime, in the then ruling party, KANU, had sub-divided a section of the airstrip and had wanted to grab it.
