    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are happy that now, after several sessions, we have got the list. But the issue raised by Mr. C. Kilonzo was: What is the criteria used to deploy nurses so that some areas have very many nurses while others do not have? Perhaps, this problem will be solved if we have a list of the new operationalised dispensaries and the list of the nurses who were posted to those dispensaries. The new dispensaries and health centres which were built using the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) do not have staff. If we had a list showing which nurses were posted to which dispensaries, maybe, we can, at least, be satisfied that the distribution was reasonable."
