    "content": "asked the Minister for Education:- (a) what is the total number of teachers in both primary and secondary schools who have either died, resigned, absconded from duty or been transferred out of Teso District since the year 2003; (b) whether he is aware that as a result of teachers deaths, resignations, absconding and transfers from Teso, there is an acute shortage of teachers in the district, thus, resulting in poor performance in most schools; and, (c) what deliberate measures the Ministry is taking to improve academic standards in the district."
