For example, if Mr. Angwenyi was a director, a shareholder or something like that. Now, acting in a matter that you describe as \"peculiarly strange\", I do not think can be an interest. Please, allow the Chair to study the HANSARD of that day, as it is, indeed, the parliamentary practice. Certainly, the Chair will look at that and will come up with an appropriate ruling or response to Mr. Angwenyi's point of order. Let us not debate the matter!"
