    "content": "The Chair has given directions time and again and many times in the last over three years, that Ministers do furnish the written answers in good time, so that the Members have time to peruse them, so that they can prosecute them adequately when they come on the Floor of the House. They do not have to be furnished with the answers when they come to the Chamber or not at all, as in the cases many times. Hon. Deputy Leader of Government Business, can you convey those sentiments to your colleagues in the Cabinet?"
