"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Allow me to read the Question for the Assistant Minister's comprehension. It states as follows:- \"Is the Minister aware that several Kenyans have been killed and are continuing to be killed by the police in the name of crime prevention?\" He says that he is not aware of this and yet in part \"b\" of his reply, he says that over 434 were killed. Is he in order to mislead us that nobody has been killed and yet he admits again that, in the prevention of crime, over 400 people have been killed? Is he in order?"
