    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that the Government does not recognise mission hospitals as part of their plan for supply of electricity. There is a market near the church which is called Uradi Market. Why did somebody alter the design whereas the DDC had recommended, and the Ministry had already allocated funds to supply electricity to the market place? This would have covered the Catholic church."
