It will apply to the provision for London, which is Head 046. Under this particular Head, they propose to purchase buildings for Kshs215 million. I really wonder what kind of buildings are these ones that they are buying for this--- We already have a Chancery in London! Is the Minister saying that it does not belong to Kenya, and that it is now, or next year, that they actually want to purchase it?"
