As I said yesterday, we should give Juba a higher attention than we appear to have done in this Budget. They have provided to construct a building in Juba. If we intend to reap the peace dividends that we have been talking about because of our efforts in its process in Southern Sudan, why is it that we cannot get this Kshs40 million this financial year as opposed to next financial year if you are serious about our relationship with Sudan?"
