But I believe in the wisdom of the honourable Attorney-General! He thought that this Question would be better placed in the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs. Therefore, the Question was directed to that Ministry and the Office of the Clerk was notified accordingly. Therefore, my duty here is to call upon the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs to respond to the Question as redirected from the Office of the Attorney-General. There is nothing else I can do apart from that."
