"content": "Order, hon. Members! It is like we are debating the Question, which is not before the House in the first place. The Question is not before the House! I do not want to agree with the Leader of Government Business to defer this Question to next week because it is a Question by Private Notice. To do justice to this Question, I will defer it to Thursday, so that the Assistant Minister can come and respond to it. We cannot defer it to next week because it is a Question by Private Notice, Your Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs. Therefore, I want to defer the Question to Thursday, then it can be argued when it is already before the House. Right now, it is not before the House."
