    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Attorney-General has actually attempted to answer the Question. But now that the Leader of Government Business and the Chairman of the County Hall talks, His Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, is aware of the matter and has also informed the House that the Assistant Minister will not be there, could he perhaps go a little bit further and tell the House when he will reconvene the County Hall talks? The Attorney-General is trying to answer the Question. He is aware that the concerns he expressed have been taken into account and the Bill is ready for publication. The decision of the Committee was that the Attorney-General was the one to gazette it. This House should not be taken round in circles. We want to know when progress can be made. Perhaps, the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs can very kindly inform the House and the country at large, when he will reconvene the talks which are co-chaired by the Leader of the Official Opposition."
