    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is Kikuyu Constituency. I understand the sentiments raised by hon. Members. The Attorney-General is aware of the difficulties in courts in proving customary marriages. He is aware of a case that I had to do all the way to the Court of Appeal; Hotensia Wanjiku Yahwe; very difficult! What Members are asking is: What can you do to ease the lot of those Kenyans who are married under customary law, which is recognised, so that they do not have to go through the problems of going to court to prove that they are married?"
