    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the statistics given by the Minister are very accurate. Makueni District is one of the districts with the largest number of primary and secondary schools in the country. Primary schools are more than 1,200 and secondary schools are more than 800. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you can see the frequency of removing District Education Officers (DEOs) from Makueni. Four have served in just about five years. That has got an effect. Even the Assistant Minister has correctly said that primary schools have been posting negative results for the last five years. The secondary schools have been posting negative results for the last two years. Now, what mitigating steps is the Ministry going to take to make sure that we do not have that high turnover of DEOs in that district?"
