    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if a head teacher has been found with a problem related to mismanagement, he or she is usually not posted to another school. That is because that would be punishing students and communities in the areas that they are posted to. Usually, they are demoted. If there are cases of corruption and there is evidence, disciplinary action is taken, including interdicting them first and, secondly, expelling them if necessary. So, we do relevant investigations and take appropriate action depending on the nature of the problem."
