    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what is the policy of the Government on gazettement of institutions like these ones? We do not have to come to Parliament to ask Questions for the Government to do it for us. If a community has put up a dispensary, do they need their Member of Parliament to ask a Question in the House for them to be included in the Gazette Notice, or is there a policy that once an institution has been established and the MOH has been notified--- In fact, he knows about it because he helped in putting it up. What is the Government supposed to do so that we just know that it will follow? We do not have to go to the Assistant Minister's office every time."
