    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) A total of 107 water supply and sanitation projects have been financed through the Water Services Trust Fund since its establishment in 2004. Forty two of these projects have been completed while the rest are at various stages of completion. (b) The total funding for the projects was Kshs828 million and, therefore, the average cost of each project is Kshs7.7 million. In the current Financial Year 2007/2008, a sum of Kshs500 million has been set aside for projects targeting the poor and marginalized communities in all the seven Water Services Boards. For the cost of each project, I wish to table a list showing amounts allocated."
