Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are so many roads that are being gravelled and tarmacked. At all times, there will be roads that are in poor condition. Even 20 years down the line, we will still be talking about roads that are in poor condition. This is because we cannot tarmack all the roads in Kenya at once. So, let us look at what the Ministry is doing at the moment and what we would like to do in the future."
