Keter said that the valuation is Kshs50,000 per acre and yet the Government wants to pay Kshs85,000 per acre! Why could the Government not buy the land first and then subdivide it using the services of its officers in the Ministry of Lands? Why would you want to incur an additional Kshs35,000 per acre just because of the subdivision?"
