    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have laid the audited accounts on the Table. They are here for perusal by the hon. Member. I can only further state that it was supposed to be a self- sustaining project and, after that, it would be handed over to the council. What is strange is that the August 22, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3381 council entered into an agency agreement with the Fund. That agency agreement can be terminated if any of the parties gives a one year notice. So, at a certain point, if the municipal council does not want to continue with that arrangement, they can give that notice. Thank you."
