    "content": "I see that the Minister is here and I would like to commend him for taking over what the previous Minister had started in terms of reforming the water sector. I am aware that those reforms are paying dividends but we would like to see closer monitoring and participation by the water consumers. This would make sure that they value water and protect the environment at the same time, and that we are all doing the same thing. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
