When we talk about Athi River Water Services Board, we are not saying that it serves only Athi River. This Board also covers Nairobi. There is no other town in this country that has a higher population than Nairobi. So, that is self-explanatory. The Athi River Water Services Board covers Nairobi, Embu, Kiambu, Machakos and Makueni. In terms of population, this is the Board that covers the highest population and the need for water is the same. This depends on the area that a board serves. I think the hon. Member is satisfied."
