The first Item attracts an estimate of Kshs1 million and another one Kshs1.15 million. I am concerned that there is duplication. Since this is taxpayers' money, I would like the Minister to explain whether there is any duplication whatsoever, because we know what accountants can do. They can allocate money twice and then give us. Could you explain which organization this is and what it is for? Is there any duplication?"
