One of this, the Kshs80 million, is going to the implementation of projects to do with officers in the district, who assist the Water Trust Fund in terms of going to the projects, supervising those projects and so on. So, in terms of the Water Trust Fund, that is no problem. The other one is capital grant to the Water Services Boards for similar activities. So, the idea here is to capture the two items, because they are grants anyway, but to different institutions. One is the Water Trust Fund. The other one is to the Water Services boards. I do not know what is not clear here."
