    "content": "Finally, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to comment about the Budalangi floods. I was born there. Year in, year out, there are floods there. But what is happening now is that the river mouth is blocked by siltation. There is need for dredging, if the water is to flow. That tends to be ignored and the flooding is as a result of the flow of water. With those few remarks, I thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir."
