    "content": "asked the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs:- (a) whether she is aware that voters in Odioi Sub-location in Amagoro Constituency boycotted the 1997 and 2002 General Elections because the Ministry unilaterally relocated them from Malaba Town Council to Teso County Council; (b) whether she is further aware that despite written communications and petitions by the Malaba Town Council, the Electoral Commission of Kenya and Teso leaders to the Ministry, no corrective measures have been taken; and, (c) what urgent measures she is taking to forestall the threat by voters in Odioi Sub-location to boycott the 2007 General Election."
