The reason why some of those projects are being managed from the headquarters is because of capacity. We may not be able to send engineers and architects in Maralal or Nyahururu, but I can assure Mr. Lesrima that Maralal Town Council is soon being elevated to a municipality and that particular project is going to be carried out. But there is the issue of the site which you will have to decide with the local leaders or the local council."
