    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister knows very well that at the end of every financial year, the money that is allocated to a project, if not utilised, goes back to Treasury. Could he tell us genuinely when he plans to tender that project and whether money has been allocated in this year's Budget? I also mentioned the deregistering of the contractor. The contractors change the names of the company and continue doing the same jobs."
