    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are procedures that are followed before an officer of the Government is suspended, interdicted or dismissed from the service for that matter. If there is not enough evidence to interdict or suspend an officer, there is no need to take such an action. But, administratively, if there is need to deploy an officer elsewhere, then the Government is at liberty, due to the exigencies of the service, to take that action."
