    "content": "(Mr. Moroto): Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I respect my friend, Mr. Poghisio. But it was the efforts of this good Government that did that. He only went there when everything was on the table! I was also there with him. There was no struggle from this other side. It is good that he was there and we worked together to bring back those cows. Otherwise, greater efforts were made by our Government. That is because even our High Commissioner from Uganda drove all the way by road to Kacheliba Constituency and Kitale. In fact, we met at Kitale Club. Some of us have been in West Pokot. They have been fighting up and down. But at no time did a High Commissioner or a high-powered delegation from the Government side go to Uganda to bring back animals. That is what the Government did this time. We have to give credit to His Excellency President Kibaki and his team. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, despite the fact that, we are praising what the Government is doing, the Minister of State for Administration and National Security should do something on what is happening in Mt. Elgon District. Recently, two people were killed at the same place where we went with Mr. Poghisio. In fact, a lady was injured. She is now hospitalised at Kapenguria District Hospital. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support so that hon. Members could go home and visit those places."
