    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. The Ministry of Education has no immediate plans to make Kisii Campus a fully-fledged university. However, Kisii Campus has been upgraded to a constituent college of Egerton University. It will be considered for upgrading to a university when it acquires the necessary infrastructure. So, there will be no problem with upgrading it, but not immediately, as long as we have the right infrastructure."
