But now, he is saying that there are no immediate plans, but plans for the future! Of course, he knows that to move on, there must be some machinery to move that programme forward, including establishing a committee that is going to move that programme forward. When is he going to constitute that committee to bring a Bill to this House, so that the people of Kisii do not suffer travelling that long distance to the college headquarters, which are not within the campus?"
