We also have now Kenyans who are August 15, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3225 victims of crime and the number is increasing. There are Kenyans in prisons. Is the Assistant Minister able to liaise with a specific officer in our Embassy in Washington DC who deals with the safety of Kenyans and also be able to track the Kenyans who are in jail?"
