    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As I was saying, this is a Procedural Motion. We intend, if all goes well, to go through two stages. The first being the Second Reading where we expect a lot of contributions from hon. Members. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if we go through the Second Stage, we will go to the Third Reading, which is the Committee of the whole House. We are anxious that we do complete the matters today. Mr. Speaker, Sir, if everything goes according to plan, tomorrow, we will be putting matters which are very weighty on the Order Paper. Rather than my standing here again tomorrow on Motion No. 7, I am seeking the indulgence of the House that I see the extension for both today and tomorrow. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
