Member maintains that this appeal was lodged as far back as February of last year, and was lodged through the right procedure. It was handed over to the OCS and went through the internal system all the way to the Commissioner. You need to get together to find out where the disconnect was, or where the gap is, and rectify the matter. Referring this to a committee is essentially not the right thing to do.
