    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the constitutional amendment that has been brought to this House is in itself constitutional. I know that some hon. Members have referred to Section 82 of the Constitution, which states that subject to Subsections (4), (5) and (6), no law shall be made to make any provision that is discriminatory. Therefore, they have used that particular Section to say that this amendment, in so far as it focuses on women, is discriminatory against men."
