    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let the dialogue on comprehensive and minimum reforms be reviewed, so that these issues could be discussed there. In the absence of that, I stand in this House to oppose this Bill very strongly! It was never intended to succeed. The design was to make it fail in order for somebody to look good in the eyes of women of this country, and for this Parliament to look bad. I ask hon. Members to stand up and refuse to be blackmailed or used as rubber stamps! Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to oppose!"
