That was why the Speaker deferred this Question last week to today, so that we could go with the Minister to Teso and find out whether those projects existed. That was the main point. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to assure the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs that all those are ghost projects. The Kshs56 million has been \"eaten\" by your people in the Government. There are no boreholes or dams in Teso."
