    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Minister for that answer. He has said that they will operationalise those boreholes once the Kenya Power and Lighting Company supplies power. The electric power lines are not more than 200 metres from each of those boreholes. That should not be the reason because power is very near. Could he confirm whether payments have been made to Kenya Power and Lighting Company to connect power to those boreholes?"
