    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to contribute on this Vote because I was doing something else elsewhere. I want to congratulate the Minister for the job he is doing. I think that Kenyans have faith in you in this Ministry and I believe that there are many people who are feeling that probably the rate at which we want to supply electricity is not the same rate at which we are showing Kenyans that we are generating the same. There is a feeling that what we are showing the country as the extent that we shall supply electricity, we may not have the capacity to do it. That is a challenge to you and I think you will face it and show Kenyans that you are serious and there is electricity."
