    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, from my answer, you will realise that there are 13 districts covered by ENNDA. They are vast and have a lot of problems in terms of development. So, the little resources that ENNDA was getting from the Government were being distributed fairly. However, I agree with the hon. Member that the amount of money allocated to this particular district has been inadequate. However, in this new financial year, we will provide more funds particularly for drilling of boreholes, sinking dams and rehabilitation of boreholes as well. This project will be funded by the African Development Bank (ADB) at a cost of Kshs2.7 billion for the whole region."
