    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the matter of who gets jobs does not always have to do with the qualifications. There are other factors like connections and so on, that come in. People go to sub-standard universities in India and come here and get jobs because their parents are well- connected. So, it is a matter you leave to employers. The employers have to determine the quality of the degree. Sometimes they ignore it and employ less qualified candidates because they have a relationship with them."
