Hon.Prime Minister did issue a roadside declaration that this road would be tarmacked within months after the by-election that took place more than a year ago in Shinyalu. It has become a common practice for the principals; both the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister and His Excellency the President, to issue these roadside declarations. What is the value of these roadside declarations if the relevant Ministry does not act upon them to effect the desires of the principals when they make these declarations?"
