    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, this amendment had been proposed initially by the Minister as well as the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health, Housing, Labour and Social Welfare. However, there are subsequent amendments proposed to that amendment by Mr. Muturi and they have mutually agreed to withdraw them so that the Bill stands as it was before. So, we can now proceed on that."
